Shipping & Returns

Here is a plain-language summary of how shipping and returns work at CozyGlow. Our full Shipping Policy and Refund Policy are linked in the footer.

We ship within the United States only.
Processing: orders are processed and dispatched by our supplier within 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery: 7–15 business days within the United States. Most orders ship directly from our overseas suppliers, so they travel farther than a typical domestic order.
Shipping cost: Standard shipping is $8.00. Orders of $70 or more ship Standard for free. An Express option may be shown at checkout; the exact cost is always displayed before you pay.
Tracking: you will receive a tracking link by email once your order ships. Tracking updates can take a day or two to appear.

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return of an unused item in its original packaging.
To start a return, email nabizada2006@gmail.com with your order number. Please do not send items back before we confirm the return.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method once we receive and inspect the item.

Email us at nabizada2006@gmail.com with your order number and a photo and we will work out a replacement or refund.
